In these Terms, "Alcreon", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Alcreon Services Inc. operating the Alcreon publication.

By accessing or using Alcreon.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Alcreon and Alcreon Labs

Alcreon.com is the publication surface. Alcreon Labs is the services and commercial surface operated through AlcreonLabs.com. Content on Alcreon.com is editorial and informational. Services, implementation work, audits, retainers, software, or commercial engagements are not sold through Alcreon.com unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

3. Informational content only

Alcreon publishes analysis, commentary, research, newsletters, explainers, and related editorial material concerning artificial intelligence, technology, markets, business operations, policy, software, and related subjects. The content is provided for general informational and editorial purposes only.

Nothing on Alcreon.com is legal, financial, tax, investment, accounting, professional, engineering, compliance, security, medical, or other regulated advice. You should not rely on the site as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals who understand your facts and obligations.

4. No investment or trading advice

Alcreon may discuss companies, products, securities, markets, business models, technology trends, or economic conditions. That discussion is not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, short, finance, invest in, or otherwise transact in any security, company, token, product, or asset.

5. Editorial judgment and errors

We try to publish careful, sourced work, but we do not guarantee that any content is complete, current, accurate, or fit for your intended use. AI, technology, and market conditions change quickly. Older material may become incomplete or outdated.

Corrections are handled under the Alcreon Corrections Policy. We may edit, update, remove, or archive content at any time.

6. Accounts, subscriptions, and newsletters

If Alcreon offers accounts, free newsletters, paid newsletters, memberships, or private briefings, additional terms may apply. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

You may unsubscribe from marketing or newsletter emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those emails or by contacting newsletter@alcreon.com. Transactional, account, billing, legal, security, and service messages may still be sent where permitted by law.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Alcreon.com and its content are owned by or licensed to Alcreon Services Inc. This includes text, graphics, charts, layouts, logos, code, publication names, article structures, analysis, and other materials.

You may view the site for personal or internal business use. You may quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link to the original source where fair dealing, fair use, or other applicable law permits it. You may not scrape, reproduce, syndicate, sell, modify, train models on, republish, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the site without written permission from us.

8. Linking to Alcreon

You may link to public Alcreon pages if the link is accurate, not misleading, and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation unless we have agreed in writing. We may ask you to remove a link that misrepresents Alcreon or causes legal, security, or reputational risk.

9. User submissions

If you submit comments, emails, suggestions, corrections, source tips, interview materials, article pitches, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

Unless we sign a separate written agreement, you grant Alcreon Services Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, quote, analyze, and display your submission for editorial, operational, and business purposes connected to Alcreon. We are not required to publish, respond to, compensate, or keep confidential unsolicited submissions unless we agree in writing.

10. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • use the site in a way that violates law or third-party rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, data, or non-public area;
  • interfere with site operation, security, integrity, or availability;
  • use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools in a way that burdens the site or extracts content for resale, bulk republishing, or model training;
  • remove attribution, copyright notices, watermarks, or source links;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with Alcreon; or
  • submit malware, spam, abusive content, confidential third-party information, or unlawful material.

Alcreon may link to third-party websites, sources, podcasts, papers, platforms, tools, or services. Those third parties are not controlled by us. We are not responsible for their content, policies, security, availability, or practices.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alcreon Services Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, contributors, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, use, opportunity, or business interruption arising from or related to the site or content.
